Just crossposting:

A new rescue has started in Ottawa, run by two very good friends of mine and a few other devoted, passionate rescue veterans. The rescue will be focusing on pulling rescue dogs from shelters before they are euthanized - primarily bully breeds, but they are an all-breed rescue who are also a registered charity.

I will be a regular volunteer for them, primarily in an art/design sense.

They're having a logo contest on their FB page and I joined up - it's a like-based contest, and the top three will go to the "judges panel" to decide the winner.

You've got my vote. It's awesome. I also noticed that for a rescue in Ontario, there were lots of bull-breeds. I hope they're able to get them well-placed.

Sit With Me spun off from Bullies In Need, another pit bull rescue in Ottawa. Both rescues take in bully breeds - they can legally be fostered to adopt in Ontario, but many need forever homes outside of Ontario. Ottawa is great for this, as we're close to the US border as well as the Quebec border.

Many bullies fostered in Ottawa are successfully adopted outside of province.
