Anyone ever used one?
I'm meeting one on Wednesday. She designed our workplace fitness center and I've done some fitness classes with her, and she seems friendly and knowledge. As a plus, she is a registered dietitian. Any advice on the personal trainer front?

I used one for six months or so. The only time I went to the gym is when I had an appt., so it didn't really do much
. Plus I felt guilty exercising without the dog.Think about specific goals beforehand because she needs them to design your program. Eg., reduce overall body fat, tone butt, running endurance, lower pulse, that sort if thing. |

The only advice I can give is be honest with yourself if she is helping you or not.
When it comes to personal trainers the number one thing is to have one you click with who helps you in the ways you need to be helped. There's nothing worse than working with a trainer you just don't click with and it makes it hard to get yourself to go do the workouts/changes you need to do. Other than that nothing much I can add. Good luck A good trainer can make a huge difference!
