I remember playing tug with you in the yard, and I remember how much you loved your tug toy, and how you would always poke me with it to play. You were so cute.     Run free with the angels, Hooch.

That is very sad
Although I'm not one to assume that it is always a case of owner fault, I'm sure the full story wasn't disclosed.Is this the dog they were calling a Dogue de Bordeaux? This is why I think that shelters do a lot of harm when they try to slap a breed on clear mixes.
