Betta tank

I pick up my new betta boy tomorrow. This is where he is going to live. There are some cherry shrimp in there currently, he will either leave alone or have some yummy snackage *L*

I have one in a 10 gallon, divided in two with betta on one side and cherry shrimp on the other (I bought the cherry shrimp on sale and am waiting for a new tank to cycle). I have 15 shrimp, hopefully i manage to breed them!

Your tank is wayy nicer though I love the leafy plants. Mine has black gravel and some java moss and assorted other weird plants (none of which are anchored).

My betta nipped at the shrimp when I first floated them, and he gets excited if they swim around (betta prey drive I guess), but sometimes they get across the divider and so far no losses. Hopefully yours is placid!
