OH man those pictures were wonderful. Definitely brought a lot of tears to my eyes. She always had a smile on her face. she really loved and lived life.

Her life was wonderful largely because she made it so. Grammy had her share of tribulations, heartbreaks, trials and hard times. She and Tom lost their home when they lost their business, but she made it through that remembering life wasn't in a house. She took care of her husband during his illness and she forged ahead with her own life after his death left her alone.
Perhaps the most profound and beautiful aspect of Pat, our Grammy, is that, to paraphrase my favorite movie (Ever After), she LIVED.

I was shocked to see this. Was this posted earlier this week that she passed and I just did not see it? I would have sent my condolences to her family a week ago if I had known. Very sad right now and very upset that I am just finding this out today!

Rainbow Bridge seems like an appropriate place for this thread too rest -- I'd say Grammy's found her way there to all her Goldens and is getting to know our Friends too
