Default Weather warfare

I was just discussing this with some friends who insist that Governments cannot control the weather. I'm undecided on this topic...I can see using weather warfare could be beneficial...but, it seems if it is being used that the USA is being hit the worst.
I was reading this webpage: http://www.cuttingedge.org/news/n1694.cfm

What do you people think?

I think the the Government can control the weather in ways, ie: by polluting the world, by damamging the ozone layer beyond repair. I'm sure there are lot's of ways they can effect the weather that I don't even have a clue about.

yes the united states government has the ability to control the weather. The united states figured this out before russia has had the chance. i have the article somewhere in one of my hubbies marine magazines... it shows a picture of the contraption and it tells what it does and how it does it. everything is controlled by the government they do it so they can make money...

MONEY to the government makes the world go round

So, do you think the government may have been behind the Tsunami Waves in Asia?
It really is sickening to think what our government control...I don't know about my Canadian Government...but, when you think of all the experiements the Governments do and what they create and control that we don't know about. Makes all those Dean Koontz books I have read seem more non fiction than fiction. Actually Dean Koontz discussed the government controlling the weather in one of his books. He talked about it in a serious way at the end of the novel. Perhaps Dean is actually writing truths

ok wait a minute how EXACTLY do they control the weather and if they can why aren't they using it where its needed. i can't see them using it on themselves. I think they can affect the weather but control it? i don't think so

The farmers almanac predicted that by the year 2010 canada would have florida weather and florida would have canada weather. I can see how that might happen but not by 2010.

I know they managed to raise the ambient temperature in Bagdad to 1800 degrees with 600 mile an hour winds a few times.

Seriously though I cant really see why it would be so hard to detonate something underwater or across the ocean from the target to get something really nasty going. If we could cause a large section of land to drop into the ocean the land on the other side of the water body would get some interesting results. Or perhaps arial burst nukes.

I'm seriously disinclined to credit any group that conjures the spectre of the Illuminati. Nikolai Tesla's main source of funding was J. Pierpont Morgan. When Morgan withdrew his patronage, Tesla was forced to abandon the development of the vast majority of his major experiments.
