The beach area at Northwestern University - it's closed for the season but nobody told the seagulls...


Just for fun... There was an art center up the road from the university. I have yet to get a decent photo of the house, which is really awesome; but this exhibit was in the front yard. Yes, we went all the way to Chicago to kick the bucket...


This was on the way home from Chicago. Didn't realize there were wind turbines along the highway, those things are huge! Stopped to get some pics as the sun was coming up.

I'd like a camera that can take amazing action shots in particular, as well as macro. How about lenses? What lenses are best for the camera you suggest?
