Seven pits! How do you manage not to get knocked down and licked and snuffled to death when you get home? They are so affectionate with their owners, and generally don't deserve their bad reputations. A good owner makes a good dog. We don't have a pit bull, but we do have a PET bull. He thinks he's one of the dogs and will escort strange cars up and down the driveway. No one gets out of their car until we come and get them, as we do have a Fila Brasileiro and a German Shepherd/wolf mix, but I expect Calypso, the bull, will be a deterent for most people when he's about two years old and weighs over a thousand pounds! When he's full grown he could weigh anywhere from 1600 -2200 pounds! He stays in the yard with the dogs - not in the pasture with the cows, and bangs on the back porch door every morning and evening for his bottles. Both dogs treat him like he's one of them.

hey must be fun to have pits. Ihave 2 of my own and 5 other that are my brothers. Do you regularly have fights. I know I do.
