Pet Insurance?

I was wondering what is the cost of pets insurance?? The ones with/without emergency or the ones with surgery or something like that. I'm just curious because i know dog's health care is expensive espically if i have to visit the vet once awhile.

I have V.P.I. for my dogs. I would say so far not worth it. They pay very little compared to what you pay out. Most plans work that way. I even have the one that pays for routine and shots and surgeries still sucks.
