i had asked this in another thread of mine along with other questions, but the question was never answered...so i will ask again :p how can u tell if a dog is dehydrated?

Panting a lot even though the dog didnt do too much or if its not hot?

Gently lift the skin over the dog’s back. When you let go, the skin should instantly return to its normal position. If it moves back into place slowly, the dog is dehydrated. The gums should be moist.
