Funding Surgery for Disabled Handler

This may or may not have been discussed earlier nor it is a proper question to ask this forum but I thought I would give it a try. I am a 100% disabled veteran who has a PSD debatable ESD anyway. We were just informed on his yearly visit that he would have to have knee surgery. I could probably eventually save up the 440 dollars but he seems in pain now. Does any one know of a place to loan money for this purpose with people with bad credit or any grants or funding available for this purpose. Thank you everyone for sharing thier pictures and comments.
