My 7 Year Old Dog has started a peeing frenzy

I am not over exagerating but My 7 year old dog has just started peeing in the house. At least 3 times a day! Last September we got a Dachshund Puppy and before that he was doing great but ever since June he has just started peeing in the house, at first we thought it was Blucher (Dachshund) so we started punishing him, but then there was pee showing up in spots that blucher couldn't get to and Tuxedo could(7 year old) so now that we see pee everywhere, my mom and dad are getting mad. Is there any advice to stop his Peeing Frenzy. Its always in the Kitchen Also. Or in the Living Room beside the kitchen.

Your dog needs to go to the vet. There is a VERY good chance that he has a urinary tract infection. Is he neutered? Is the younger dog neutered? If they are both intact (not neutered) than he could be starting to mark his territory now that the pup is getting more mature, in his mind, there is somthing to compete with. Either way, he really needs to have a medical problem ruled out and never punish a dog unless you catch them in the act and that you know FOR SURE that is is not a medical problem. If he has a urinary tract infection then he can't help it! Good luck and take the boy to the vet. :)
