Ky Shelter babies on euth list I am so Angry

at the irresponsible owners who did not fix these animals and now they dump them at the shelter and they will be killed. Look at these babies. It is beyond heartbreaking. We know this goes on all the time. This is a small rural shelter. They have to euth without rescues and adoptions. Fosters are also welcome.
