Surprising to see such a breed in a local shelter; I'm sure some rescue groups would have jumped right on it! Either way, Duke is at a No-Kill shelter...

If he has papers, shouldn't his breeder be contacted?!

I'm under the impression that they are quite a rare breed there? If so you'd think only a small group of very dedicated breeders would be breeding and hopefully they will take him back.

We've had a couple of people on here who were expressed a desire to own a Thai . . . . ;) When someone has some time, maybe do a search on here and pull up who it was and let them know?

Done and done. ;)

Erm, I'm of the agreement that someone should try to find his breeder, because that's not a breed you just randomly find...

I've notified someone who is fairly active in the breed...maybe she'll know someone to contact to get him pulled.

If nobody has yet, I've contacted the shelter & let them know that his breeder should be contacted, or if his pedigree papers could be copied & emailed to me, I'd contact the breeder myself.
