sup, i have a new pup and was wondering about its sex. its has a pennis or what looks to be one, but it also has nipples. is that normal? i never heard of boy dogs having nipples.

Just like human males have nipples so do male animals. If it has a penis it's a boy regardless of what else it has!

yeah boy dogs have nipples as well. Where did you get this puppy from? Didn't they tell you what sex it was. Yeah that is normal both my boy dogs have them as well.
ok, my other male dog has no nips, thats why i asked ive had two other boy dogs in my life and they had no nips. and the poor little pup woke me and my wife up whinning outside our window bout two mornings ago. i was scared to go look, thinkin it might be a injured dog. thats what he sounded like. im not sure where he come from. where i live there dogs all over the place, wondering free. i couldnt go to peoples house and ask if they lost at pup, one look at him and they would have said, yea hes mine! ill try to show some pics of him and my other dog. this is my first day as a member. is there a thread just for pics or u just put them where u want?

Are you sure your dogs didn't have nipples? I have never, ever heard of that. Maybe they were just covered by a furry belly? You can post pictures in the general dog discussion area. That's very noble of you to take the pup in, good luck with him and I can't wait to see the pics!
yes im sure, well pretty sure about the ones in the past thats why its so strange to me. but im positive about the terrior mix i have now, he as none, not even on his chest, lol maybe theres something wrong with him.

Oh my goodness! I can't stop laughing.
Sorry Jive...She's too funny though. Ok....boy dogs have nipples too. Your past dogs most likely had them but were perhaps buried under fur. You can stop by your vet's and ask them. Your pup should have a little exam anyhow and see if he or she needs any shots or worming.

well the first time i checked my male dog i thought it was a hermaphrodite :p ..uhm and jive, if ure a male, you should know better :p

LOL!!!! Love it !!! All pups at birth look alike except for penis or vagina . Like humans, they have nipples . Breasts are another thing...........any on a male dog, to vet ASAP!

Alright to be fair I didn't factor in the hermaphrodite aspect, you just don't see that very often though.
