Just out of general curiosity, do you have to put lotion on your dog. I really don't mean it in a sarcastic way, I am just wondering if their is special skin care needed for your breed? :) Very cute BTW!!

Lots of owners do (use lotion) cause they say theirs has dry skin, but you have to be careful because their skin is much like ours and they sweat so they can get pimples and blackheads if you use too much lotion or don't keep them clean enough. In fact, I think every other person has told me that they use some kind of lotion on their crested. Usually it isn't anything special, lotion that is made for people is whats used. And instead of dog shampoo they'll use body wash and a loofa to exfoliate. One guy said he even uses those peel away masks on his dog. I don't use anything special on Toby for now. I'm not going to put lotion on him unless I see that he needs it. And so far his skin is clear and healthy.

I have to say that I have never met a Crested that I thought was pretty or handsome. But Toby is a beautiful dog. Very pretty Crested.

Your baby looks exactly like my Spud. He is a Pekingnese/Shih-Tzu mix. I wonder if that is what was used to "create" the Brussel?? I will post his pic next.

They had the Stable Griffon and Affenpincher to create the Griffon :)
