I am so sorry if this really sounds stupid, what is the best way to clean the folds of a pugs nose? Do they ever get sores in them?

I'd use those dog wipes btwn cleaning/ baths and then dry very well. The can get sores or irratations so make sure they are dried out well after bath,etc. My husband told me of something he used to use on his boxers folds but I can't remember what. If I remember I'll try to ask him.
