You can do it without a clicker.. with a snap of your fingers, a word, any sort of sound.. a hand signal, even. the clicker's just easy.
Wow, I love this! When I get a new puppy in the shop I normally schedule more time for the grooming session and do treat for good behavior but never used a clicker. I'm now going bring in my clicker at the shop.

LOL right? this was after she'd been with us only a few days as well..see how little she was? *sniffle*...she is like that today too...I groom her head to tail with the rakes daily or every other day...and trim her feet and nails bi weekly. Big as she is..she just loves to be touched...whatever it is you touch her with...LOL.
