i have male and female beagle pups (brothers and sisters) and i noticed they were biting eachother. I was wondering if this was a fight, or if they were playing?

How old are they? It's probably puppy play that your seeing.

Sorry ! #1...they should still be with their Mom. #2...you should never get 2 from the same litter.
