Find Emma

I would like to teach Jazz to track Emma or for that matter if I give her a piece of someones clothes to find that paticular person. Mostly Emma. How would I do this?

Teach her to target Emma by touching her with her nose. When she's reliable at it, put it on command. I wouldn't use Emma's name in the command, just say "Find" or "Search" or whatever. Then when she's bumping Emma with her nose every time you give the command start putting Emma further and further away until Jazz is actually searching for her. Good luck!
