New Foster Family

Hello, I have been lurking for a little bit but finally have a reason to post. We just picked up our foster dog two days ago! We are actually looking to adopt a dog but wanted to foster first to help a few dogs out along the way. However, we are quickly falling in love with this girl so we might just have to adopt her ourselves!

Her name is (now) Illy, and she's (they think) a black lab/pharoah hound mix. She's 2. I'm heading over to post in the training forum because I have a few questions more specific to that board. But I'm looking forward to chatting with you all!

OMG she's beautiful. I want to meet her. I'm so excited that you live like right down the street from me literally. We definitely need to get together some time. Bamm is reactive with dogs he doesn't know so I need to do some more work with him before trying to introduce him to your Illy... but I'd still LOVE to see her.
