Hi my name is Carlee ^^; I have been a huge dog lover since I was very young, and an animal lover too, of course. I have grown up with rescues dogs and always a full house of cats.
Currently I own 3 cats. And almost a year ago now my boyfriend and I adopted our baby, Regis:

We searched and adopted him in South Carolina(We currently live in CA) from a wonderful breeder whom I respect oh so much. I didn't realize how much I wanted a show dog until after we bought him, and he isn't showable due to the white over his right eye. But I love him just the same <3
My main goal for him is to get him approved to go to hospitals. I am hoping to bring him mainly to childrends hospitals since I grew up in one and I know how awful it can be! I am sure he will bring laughs and happiness.
Anyway. Hello fellow dog lovers ^^;

Welcome to Chaz, Carlee. : )
OMG! Regis is adoooorable! My dream dog is a blue merle Cardigan... so... don't look at me if he turns up missing. jkjk
My boyees are a 7 year-old Border Collie, Gonzo, and an almost 2 year-old Cardigan mix, Fozzie. I'm also working towards a Therapy Dog certification with Fozzie, and I want to visit children's hospitals with him, too!
Where in California do you live? I'm in northern... near Sacramento.

Aww, shucks. I was hoping you lived nearby... so our Corgi boyees could play... and so it would be easier to steal Regis. Lawls!
I love his name, btw. Is it after the Philbin? ; D
Oh, I would love recommendations! I have talked with a lot of nice breeders, actually. I was going to get a puppy from Pawcific (in Washington) before I got Fozzie... it's a long story, why I didn't, but I probably won't be going to them again. It really has been difficult, to find a breeder that is reputable, that works and shows their dogs (yeah, I'm picky), and breeds blues at all. Brindles seem to be WAY more popular.

I'm moving across country in two months anyways :(
I'll have to PM you. There is really only one lady I ran into that was.. horrid. I feel enraged thinking about it, haha. And I know a *fewa* blue merle breeders but really, none are local. There just aren't enough Cardi breeders, let alone ones in Cali :/
