My puppy is not learning where to go potty.... I have tried everything. Is she just being stuborn. She is a 4 month old chihuahua.... HELP PLEASE!!!:yikes:

Sounds like my dog Ailey, she is 5months old. It's like she knows and she doesn't grrrr

What are you doing to train her? The best way I have found is to be staring at the dog constantly (like really constantly for instance don't go to the bathroom without crating or taking pup with you into the bathroom)--crate in a very small crate--take out consistently every few hours
