View Full Version : Behemoth viral wart (warning: disgusting picture)
Zero got a case of viral warts from Pit about 2 months ago, but instead of getting a bunch of little warts in his mouth, he just got one HUGE one.

It looks like it's growing hair!
When do they usually fall off? This one's hanging on for dear life and just seems to keep getting bigger.

Yuck!! Tiku had a huge one like that once on her lip... It fell of just around the time I started wondering if it was going to sprouts legs! LOL!

YACK! That's pretty scary! It does look like a little brain... are you sure Zero isn't doing bizarre scientific experiements at night... is he an evil SamoyedScientist intent on taking over the world with his homegrown, mini-brain army?

Sukari had a bout with them. We removed them, yet within a week or two, more came back. Finally, my boss said, "You know how you clear those up, huh?" I replied, "Nope, or else I would've already done it." He then proceded to help me removed the 2 she had.......and then fed them to her. Gag me, I know! I'll get the literature somewhere, but by doing that it helped her body build up an antibody response to them. And I swear she never got another one.

The vet just told me to leave it. That it will fall off on its own time. It looks smart, it should know when its ready to go, right?? :yikes:

But if it's caused by a virus, then it will come back. ;) Until the virus itself has been taken care of, the warts will continue to make themselves at home in your dog's mouth.

Believe it or not after i posted this thread........the ugly beast started to fall apart and now is almost gone from his mouth. I must have caught it in it's prime!!! Thank god the world will see another day
