Any guesses?

My friend's mini doberman (male, 4 yrs old) is urinating unexpectantly. He's always been housetrained before. And he's even doing it in his sleep and when he's being held, never has before. She's taking him to the vet today just wondered what everyone thought. I figure he has a kidney infection or something.

Sure, I plan on calling her tonight. But I might not be back online for awhile. I hope he's ok, she's been very worried about him. He's her 1st baby.
