...preferably in Pennsylvania or surrounding areas.
The ecology teacher at my school is looking to get a Vizsla puppy and I am helping him to find a breeder, so if anybody knows of any good ones I'd really appreciate it.

I'm not sure if this is too late but check out Rheingold Vizslas..
They just had a litter and had more pups than expected. They are in Eastern PA and they're the nicest people. Good looking friendly dogs too.
