Running ,Running in house

[Me and London]

Ok. London 3month old Mini Schnauzer and Lucy 1yr 4 month Beagle. They play pretty good together.Mouthing lil tug with a toy.Then it turns into chase and Lucy is very fast and whips right thru the house with London trying to keep up.I dont mind the playing but the running is a no go.Also the playing almost never seems to end. What can i do about the running.London is still learning to come when called and we play attention games.I have been training London to say please an be polite.But this is kinda tough with Lucy around as she is distracting to London.We(London and i) are still working on walkin on a leash and doing pretty well.Also would it be better to put her in a training class or something like that.I want to do as much as possible with her but i dont want her to be unhappy and out of control.Any help guys.
