Dogtown - new show on National Geographic Channel!

Its about that huge no-kill sanctuary run by Best Friends Animal Society in Utah (it has around 1500 animals at any time). I think this is the same place that is taking some of the Vick dogs. The show is going to be about how they rehab aggressive dogs and stuff. It starts January 4th! I think its at 8pm (Eastern Time) but I'm not 100% on that.

I'm excited, I can't wait to watch.:D

i finally got to watch Dogtown. what a great show! i think it's great that the people running the shelter got a tv show. it gets to show the world that there are a lot of dogs that need care and homes. and also that there is hope for those dogs that people deem "lost cases".

That's supposedly the same rescue that's getting a bunch of the Vick dogs. I wonder if we'll see them on the show. Personally, I didn't agree with some things I saw on the show, but overall I enjoyed it. I've got my DVR set to record new episodes when they come out.

I visited the Best Friends sanctuary a few years ago. Amazing place.
