Puppies get neckbones, and the Kennel

Puppies learned all about pork neck bones a couple days ago. Boy did they enjoy those things.

And here is the kennel. My husband built the masonry walls the past couple days. It is taking shape now. In the one picture you can see the cap bricks lying on top of the wall. Each wall will be capped like that, and then 4' of chain link will be on top of that. All runs will have tops inside and out. I don't want any escape worries EVER.

The indoor stalls are small, about 4X4, with the exterior planned at 4X10. These runs are not intended for dogs to live in. They are intended to be used in the place of crates when we are gone for the day, for a safe place for bitches in season, or for occasional weekend stays while we might be away.

Would love to see your blueprints for it actually (if you dont wanna post here, you can PM them to me).

I'm trying to figure out a good way to house the future Huskys for Tim.. I dont really want THAT many dogs - especially Huskys(WAAYYY TOO MUCH HAIR). I dont want them pegged outside like a lot of sled people do either..

Also - I'm wanting stacked puppy pics lol They have all grown SOO much!! :)

These puppies are so beautiful. They are everything I have ever pictured a Rottweiler to be, quality all the way around. I'll miss these babies, but look forward to getting to see one in the ring in person, eventually! :)

Fun time !!!! Kennels look great !! We converted our 2 horse stalls to kennel s and runs . Was great for females in heat and boarders ( mostly rescue ) . If I was 40 years younger I would love to be a whelping kennel !! For those who work and show their dogs , but worry about the whelp and the socializing period . I can picture their " play room " now !

That has to be the nicest looking kennel I've ever seen. God I love these puppies there so cute and they just look intelligent, obviously you've taken great care of them. Lol you shouldn't tempt a college/peace corp girl with these pictures, it's making me want to settle down just for a dog.
