Alice and puppies are doing very well today. Alice seems to feel pretty much back to normal and is more attentive with her pups. The puppies went in to have their dewclaws removed today any everyone is doing great. They are gaining weight like crazy and are all over 11 oz. now! They also had their first nail trim!

Ah look at sweet Alice and then those cute chubby tummies. Talk about cuteness OMG. Hug Alice for me and those darling little babies. I so envy you.

How long does it normally take a bitch to get back into "show weight"?

Alice is actually back at her show weight now if not under a little. She was ALL puppy before, lol! In the pictures she looks morbidly obese because she has really large mammary development according to my vet.
I may take her back out in the breed ring here and there, but for the most part, she is retired. :)

Yes it will. Alice had a lot of white when she was a baby too. :)
