Hello from the Far North

I am having trouble getting my sig and such to work, so we'll see what this post looks like when I'm done!

I'm from just below the Arctic Circle in Interior Alaska. I'm interested to see if anyone else is from way up North, whether it be Canada, Alaska, Norway....

I have two pointy-ear dogs that I love a bunch! Sofia is a husky/coyote/elkhound mix, and Ole is a rescued Norwegian Elkhound.

I just saw pictures and descriptions of the Norwegian Buhund today and I'm now wanting another pointy ear dog.....:-)

So as for the pictures, I have been looking at this site and I suppose the thing to do is make a folder for my dogs' pics and the upload them in the separate picture forum? I know this sound like I'm being Captain Obvious, but I like to make sure....is that correct?

I had Sioux in the sig on the other place - this one is Sequoyah the speckled monstah.
I stink at doing the photos on the forum thing. I don't use post my photos to the web, so if the files can't be posted except from a URL, then I don't post them. Techno-challenged and loving it:-)
