How about this pugs?
In the page there's only photos, but I'm talking with the breeder and she said they have patella exams, guarantees and mexican ch titles.
One of the dogs a male have wrinkles in the back and in the neck, is that normal?

I'm not sure about the wrinkles but it looks like he has quite a bit of an underbit, which I don't think pugs are suppose to have. I have never seen a pug with the wrinkles on the back. Showpug would be able to help you out more she shows and breeds now too!

Those pugs look pretty correct in type and structure from what I could see in the small photos. Not sure which male you are talking about with the wrinkles? The pictures I saw showed a normal amount of wrinkle on the dogs. With puppies, the wrinkle comes in as they mature.
I have no idea on this breeder from an "ethics" standpoint because I didn't look further than the pictures.
As a side note - A pug's jaw is suppose to have a slight underbite.

Well is that a slight one? I didn't think you should be able to see their bottom teeth it gives him a bulldog type appearance.

I obviously didn't see the picture you are describing :yikes: You should not be able to see their bottom teeth. You should not be able to tell they have an underbite when their mouth is closed...

The dog with the teeth appears to have his mouth open a little. Here's a bigger version of his picture:

Thanks everyone. I did not see those pictures when I originally posted. The dog with the teeth showing may have a little more of an underbite than what is normal, but the reason his teeth are showing is because his mouth is open. Sometimes the lower teeth show like that when the mouth is slightly open and it's normal.
As far as the wrinkly pug - those aren't excessive wrinkles by any means for the breed and looks normal to me as well. You should see some of the pugs out there that look like Shar Peis! Anyway, ethics aside, these pugs look for the most part correct in type IMO.
