posting pictures

for some reason it wont let me post pictures. I says i have too many or something even though i dont. does my account need to be enabled to post pictures or something? TIA

yes you have to be a member to post pics, you may have to go to www.resize2mail.com to resize may be to large , if youir putting it in dog gallery put it in my documents go to upload photo, browse, then pick out your resized photo. if it is not jpg, or a certain type go to my documents click on the photo twice and click the little disc thing when you r photo pops up to change the picture to the right format it says on upload photos what type i think i think jpg is one of them( or it may be jgp or something close to that i think it starts with j..)
