Went out on the Mississippi Sunday. Will get pics next week. Weather was perfect, packed a big picnic, and we went to the sandbar. She was timid with the water at first, and after Erika went in she came out further and further. Then she ran through lthe grass and small woods, coming out full of burrs, and very dirty. This is a s mall island and we were the only ones there so she could be loose. My son in law was eatilng a sandwich, and not paying attention, and she got that to. LOL> First time we've gone out since Walter died, and I am so glad we went. Erika had a good time, and Lola napped, and then had a good time playing n the river, and with the sand.
