Took three hours to get there, and it was on a farm in the stix. Well socialized with a nimals and people, but never on a leash, That has been interestling. She could have pottied anytime, but after five hours, finally went outside when we took her. Yay. Squ irt still goes in the house sometimes. She lets me brush her anywhere, and is very good natured. Erika will be thrilled on Saturday when we pick her up from camp. She weighs thirty five pounds at eleven weeks. Saw the mom and pop, very pretty gentle giants. Love the Great Pyrenees breed. :) jWhat is the best way to get them to walk on the leash?

Congrats on your new puppy. Can't wait to see a pic. Just take the leash walking slowly; she will eventually like it. I used a harness at the beginning because mine would pull too hard on a collar.

Congrats!
As far as the leash goes, let the puppy drag the leash around the house for a while. Then start picking up the leash and walking around the house with her. Remember to reward her when she walks with you.

As soon as my daughter shows me h ow I will. She is sure pretty, and doing great in the house training and on the leash today. I am amazed. I was afraid that I picked the wrong pup, she was so scared yesterday, but today she has just blossomed and come out ofher shell. Except for the 4:30 am wake up call, she hs been wonderful. Erika is going to l ove her.

Well, I have a daughter named Lola. I got all this info. from Erika's llittle secret book, and her name is also Lola. Oh well, this isher dream dog. She will love it. It is so cute, Erika had every detail of this dog in her book, and we have followed it to the T. She is awesome with dogs, and is the one who cared for and trained squirt because her sister was always too busy. she is away at camp, and when we p ick her up on Saturday, we are bringing her new pup. Yay.
Ohh, I'm so happy for you! Erika will be thrilled.

She is just great. But got me up at four a.m. and watching her is like having another Lola. Although Lola the human just loves the pup.
