View Full Version : Bruno the Basset Hound
Was just wondering if anyone else has a basset hound? They are renound for being lazy and stupid! Well mine is only 16 weeks and so its too early to judge but he does like his sleep and I have to admit he is not the most intelligent animal, however, I love him to bits and think these qualities are what make him endearing.

I just adore the Bassets. They're not lazy, they just understand conservation! (g) No sense in wasting energy, now, is there?
I'm always tempted to recommend the Basset to first time owners because they are so lovable and adaptable to their circumstances. And those faces!

I spent ages reading all about bassets and other breeds that friends have.
It confirmed the things I am realising about Bruno, he is loving to everyone, honestly I couldn't have asked for a better dog, I definitly made the right choice.
