We found 6 ticks on Spanky yesterday!!!!!! We have found a very occasional single tick on him in the past, but NEVER multiples! He was boarded for 2 days, Thursday and Friday, and picked up Saturday after a bath and grooming. He was boarded during my daughter's wedding. We thought he may have brought them home from there because it's a boarding facility that lets them out to play a couple times a day, and it is wooded.
However, today, we found 5 more on him.
He's on Frontline and was treated on May 15. He had a bath at the boarding kennel, and I haven't retreated him yet.
Do we need to also treat our yard? And how? Could they be inside somewhere?
