Last week (May 24th) my dog ate a portion of a plastic frisbee..

I am JUST finding pieces of it in her stool this morning. That's over a week!! Is it unusual for it to take so long for things like this to pass?

Thanks.

Sometimes, it depends on your dogs metabolism...

OUr Huskies like to eat EVERYTHING they find.. wood, plastic, cotton, Tyr ate thread once...(that one was scary).

It usually passing their system within a week completely, but most often the next few days it comes out.

Do you know much of the frisbee shes eaten?

If you notice her going off her food, having problems going to the washroom or starting to throw up.. I'd bring her in for an Xray.

I would say that she ate the entire outter ring of it.

She has a normal appetite and is not throwing up.
