Dry Scabs on Belly and Head?

All of a sudden we started noticing dry scabs on Honey (our Brussels). She now has them all over her belly--varying in size. They are dry and almost look like the moles that people have--only dry. She doesn't seem to be itching at them. She had a bath a few weeks ago and is on Frontline. Any ideas? I tried to look up skin disorders and scabs in dogs to find pictures to see if any of them looked like what she had but I couldn't find any.

We will get her into the vet it's just been really hectic as I work normal business hours and all of my other hours have been spent attending to my mother who is in the hospital or doing her paperwork/bill ect.

Any ideas?

Sounds similar to what Charlie had as a puppy, which ended up being a staph infection. He was on antibiotics forever and had to have a bath every other day with medicated shampoo.
