Charlie has little red bumps in his ears that look like flea bits. But he doesn't have any fleas or ticks. I also don't see any evidence of ear mits or yeast infection. I've been giving him Hydroxizine for allergies so I don't think it's an allergic reaction either. Any idea what this could be? He scratches at them a little bit, but not bad.
