I'm sorry .... but I feel this poor baby should have been PTS. This is no life for him .

It said that he developed a condition in his lung and didn't make it, but I think he should have been PTS earlier too.

Yes I too think that this little guy should have been PTS rather then to have suffered that long. Sometimes we as humans take saving a life too far and in this case I think the only reason for it was to use him as a poster child against BYB. Again some people take a cause too far. Whole thing was sad . Sad because the byb had them and sad that the rescuers used him as well. Anyway hope he is at peace now.

that poor boy, at least he lived long enough to get his story out there for others to see, i do agree though theres only so far you can take life, hes in a better place.

I do sympathize with this puppy and agree he should've been put to sleep, but birth defects occur everywhere; I don't understand why this is being attributed solely to the fact he was born to a BYB....

Because BYB dont really "plan" their breeders to the extent a professional does. A Professional looks at the lines of the dogs, all its genetic make up and tries to IMPROVE the breed.. not just make replicas of it - which is what a BYB does..
HUGE differences.. most of the defects you see would be from a BYB because they dont see all the genetic problems in "their lines"
