Well i am new to the forum so heres my first need of advice. My 11 week dobermann has been pretty good with going outside to urinate and poop. Never poops in the house but will urinate on the carpet all the time usually only a little. Its like she does it to tell us she needs to go out. Once she is outside she urinates again and sometimes poops too. I tried the paper training but she just rips the paper to shreads. I dont know if its marking territory thing if female dogs even do that, but i usually get it cleaned up pretty fast and vaccum up with a Little Green machine wet vac to get the smell out. I havent gotten a crate yet, working on that. I dont know if putting the paper down were she goes cause its almost in the same place. Any advice?

Get her checked for a urinary tract infection first. If she's peeing very frequently and only a little, that sure sounds like it could be.
If you don't have a crate, that is probably your single most problem working against you. A dog won't tend to go in it's sleeping place. If you can't watch a pup, you put them in their crate and they'll tend to hold it as best they can until you let them out. Early crate training is best so they don't hate it. Never associate it with punishment. Give treats and toys for the dog going in there. Make it pleasant and teach a command. I use, "go to bed." Use lots of praise. I'd get started right away with that or it will be more difficult for her to get use to it.
Your wet vac won't take the smell out as far as her nose goes. Get an enzematic cleaner specifically for pets.
Take her out more often than you are. DON'T TAKE YOUR EYES OFF HER for any amount of time while indoors. Watch her like a hawk. Take her out right after playing, napping, 10 minutes after eating, drinking. Take her out ever 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Dobes can be slow to mature that way and she probably barely feels it ahead of time.
Don't scold her. But if you catch her in the act, just say, "eh-eh-eh" and hurry her outside. Walk her around the area you want her to pee in. Use the same area if that's what you want forever to be the potty place. Use one command, like "go pee pee." or "go poo poo." Say that while she's going. Then immediately when she's finished (immediately) make a huge fuss over her. Tell her how wonderful she is and give her a treat. Then come back inside right away so she sees the difference between outside and inside. Pee outside, get reward and fun....and more party time afterward inside. You can continue the good party time for a while indoors.
Don't put newspaper down and confuse her by saying that it's OK to pee inside.
Every mistake that happens means that you did something wrong....not the dog. You forgot how long it had been that she needed to go out. You didn't notice signs, circling, sniffing the floor, looking around furniture. Or you forgot she just drank a whole bunch of water. Every mistake that happens reinforces to her that it's OK to go inside. You need to eliminate those mistakes....keep them from happening.
Hang in there. This is for the long haul. It can take several months. Later, she'll be able to go a little longer inbetween. Good luck!

Get "Natures Miracle" which will neutralize the odor. Even though you clean up the mess, most cleaning products won't get rid of all of the odor a dog can smell. After you clean up the mess, spray the area with Natures Miracle. This way your pup won't smell the scent in that area.

Doberluv, I been doing most of what you said already with somethings that I am going to do also. I know i should get her crate trained as soon as i can and looking for a crate that i can use so in a 2 years when i go back to the states I can shipped he home in. Should i get a large crate no about the size she would be when she is full grown? Which makes more sense I guess econically for me later cause i know they arent cheap and she knows thats her home. She isnt peeing freqeuntly its like you said after she drinks water or its just been awhile since last time she was outside so i dont think its medical but i'll check on it.
Like all dogs for some reason they have to find that special spot to poop though or she runs around outside i guess until she cant hold it any longer, but she rarely if never poops inside. Which is good.
Thanks for the advice.

They sell some crates that can be sectioned off to make the area inside bigger as the dog grows.
