IHelp please

I own 3 dogs right now and I just got a new puppy from the shelter,and she is 6 weeks old, I got my other dogs from breeders and they were very healthy, but this puppy she's a husky mix she's been having diarrha and I know it happens with change of diet, but what can I do to ease her pain, I feed her white rice with boiled chicken but sdhe does not eat the rice and the chicken hasnt helped I brought her to the vet today and they did a fecal exam they said she MIGHT have parasites, but they didnt do anything about it. Also she seems unhappy and sleeps NON STOP. Also I feed her again but this time she got bloated. and I dont know what to do. it's been an hour already. but she still didnt poo.

6wks? Oh my gosh, the shelter should not have let you taken this pup that early! I would recommend a second opinion and go to another vet if they think she 'might' have worms and they didnt even do anything... and googling 'how to breed' to get information on how to deal with the younger puppies. I'm not exactly young puppy savvy whereas this sort of thing is concerned, but they get whelped at 5wks or something right??? The shelter should know better than to allow a puppy go at 6wks, .. 8wks is the rule. x_x
