i met one the other day.

of course, we all know they're about the cutest things ever, but what are they like? i hear typical toy breed, energetic but easy to handle, not overly dominant, sometimes stubborn but eager-to-please, etc.

anyone know a coton and what is he/she like?

I've had many through classes and have found (without exception) them to be bright, friendly, happy little dogs. Stubborn - not at all, but I tend to think of those terms as more of a trainers issue rather than an actual problem with temperament. They've all been very easy to motivate and quick to learn. Cute as heck too but certainly not a dog for anyone who doesn't want to spend lots of time grooming.
