bumps all over!

Hi!

i'm writing this for a friend at the local dog park.

over the weekend, she found her dog had bumps like marbles all over her face. they went away and then came back again. then they showed up on the dog's legs.

the vet has no ideas but gave the dog some shots. the owner is also giving the dog benedryl.

any ideas out there?

Allergic reaction. It could be anything, but usually skin reactions like that are caused my contact environmental allergies or bug bites etc.

Has she changed anything? Washed the dog with a new shampoo? Cleaned the floor with harsh detergents? Applied anything topically?

nope, she said nothing has been new... except some chicken treats... could that do it?
