I got him from a pound. I know hes a mutt.
My guess is a canaan mix...

I assume you mean Canaan. Those dogs are really rare. Unheard of in most places. Do you have any full body shots of him just standing?

Hmm, he has nice forward facing triangular ears, which is asian-breedlike, but the rest of him screams a mix of a variety of everything. I can't pick out anything that would give a dominant breed!
He's probably got quite the mix in hm. Want kind of breeds are dominant in your area?
No matter what he is he's gorgeous and looks soo sweet.

I was also going to guess Yellow Lab x Husky... he's super cute! I see Husky, in the face, the eyes, the tail, and in the nose! He definitely has the Husky sleeping pose down in the first picture.

Looks to me like he may be an ACD mix.

I'd say lab x husky, maybe with a bit of some other breeds.

wow. first thing i ythought was he looks like a different coloured bsuetr with a long tail. they look a lot alike i reckon. but i'm guessing his breeding at kelpie, cattle dog with a bit of border collie and a bit of dingo. i was gonna say he might be part dingo but if your in chicago i doubt it,.

they arn't good pics. but i've seen him do the same things your dog does. and they have the same eyes.
