I guess I always find myself posting in the breeding section because, well, this is where it all started!
I am here to let everyone know that Dixie, Daizy, Chocy and Cato are doing absolutely fine! Actually, they couldn't be better.
As their birthday is approaching, it brings back memories of that hectic night when they were bron, and all of your help was pouring over the internet for us. I am still so greatful!
Daizy has made wonderful progress. At this point, I hardly worry anymore as she gets around great. Still wobbly and clumsy, but not half as bad as she was in Florida on the tile. Carpet and a hard ground has saved her life. She is about 45 lbs now. Cato has hit a whopping 80 lbs, and Chocy is 70 lbs. Dixie is only 55lbs!
And, Dixie and Daizy are spayed, and came through surgery wonderfully. Chocy weight pulls and Cato just stares at you every waking moment with love in his eyes!
Again guys, thanks for all your help almost a year ago. And wish the crew a happy birthday next month in your prayers, because I really think that is what pulled Miss Daizy through it all!
If ever in Alabama, stop in and say hi!
