only mary and Victor live with me, Mr Shaffer is the stray that a little boy brought to my door..when we found out his owner had passed away my mother took him in..he does spend the night with my on Saturdays (bath day)..how old are your doggies and how did they come to you?

Jojo is a stray dog, I adopted her... she was 2.5 yrs old. (My first Dog) She is a very difficult dog, we put in lots of time to train her not to be so aggressive.... anyway, I luv her..
Russell is a cocker spaniel, I bought him... young time lots of health problems, but now he is living happily and healthy... he was 2 yrs old now...
summary - I met jojo, and she brings me russell, and they both change my life... :)

wow..your 12 hours apart from me..Gustav a member from France is 7 hours apart from my time..it is a good thing some of us are night owls...so we get to meet such neat people..a lot of the others post starting in the morning hours so that would be evening i guess for you! i am an artist and i have a son that is 17 and a grandaughter that is 5..so nights are the only peaceful time i get to work without interuption.

my friend Kelly got her dog to go in the water by tossing dog treat biscuits..she found they float! She actually got her dog to go far enough that the pup's feet were not touching the ground anymore...my dogs love to swim. we go to a off leash dog park in Shawnee Kansas that has a fabulous lake..there are some pictures of the park in my gallery. i will go look up the site address..guess what..i am back from dropping off my dog to play with Mr Shaffer and doing Hyia's hair..now it is time to get back to the paintbrush and make some money :cool: here is one of my gallery pics in the water..http://www.chazhound.com/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=4531&cat=500&page=3

No Chloe isn't the watch dog. She is more of the "if someone comes in I will Lick them and tell them whee the expensive stuff is!!" LOL She is a big sweet heart. Although she barks when she hears someone comeing near our house, but that is an excited bark. But I guess that makes her a gaurd dog.

If it came down to protecting me I think Lucas would be the one to do it. He has that protectiveness in him. :rolleyes:

dog stories is more than the game we are all playing..people write stories about where the found their dogs, and funny things that have happened to them. I hope people never hold back because they are not sure of their language..we are all open here and would hate to miss such a delight as u. :)
