Monday January 15th at around 12:50pm PST the server hosting Chazhound had a slight disagreement with some spammers over the price of some drinks. Unfortunately as the disagreement was unable to be resolved without an impartial arbiter the disagreement broke out into an all out brawl. This brawl culminated in an outage at about 2:20pm PST that lasted for about an hour at which times the cops arrived and tear-gassed the whole lot. As of about 3:10 PST we've installed several bouncers, who will hopefully prove able to keep the the bar open and safe so that the drinks may flow. We apologize for any sobriety that this incident may have caused, and we return you to your regularly scheduled happy hour.

Lord I tried to get in forward/backwar and side ways !!! The drinks should be on the house now that we're back in action !! I thought it was my 'puter too !! Cleared out cookies / de-fragged / etc .

I still can't log on right. I have to physically type in the url address and go to the homepage. Then I have to click on one of the links that will allow me to log onto the messages. Once I've logged onto messages I can then click on the link to take me to the forum.
It's beginning to be a pain in my rear doing all those steps. I don't know what else to do. Anyone have any ideas? Am I the only one STILL experiencing problems??

yea thats very wierd, I dont think anyone else is having that problem. Do you have cookies disabled? Do you check the "remember me" (or whatever) box when you log in? what browser do you use?
(please answer all 3 questions)

The odd thing is that I have not made ANY changes at all to my settings. I don't think I have cookies disabled. I usually do check the "remember me" and I use internet explorer.

Well, I managed to fix the problem... not sure why it was an issue. But I went in and deleted the bookmark. I logged in the long and dragged out way I described having to do in my previous reply and then bookmarked it again. This time it worked like it normally works. Strange.... I never did make any browser changes or anything.
