the weather is crazy here in Kentucky. its been in the 60's and 70's and down to the 30's and 40's!
well, Ruckus blew his coat. I am getting hair everywhere. I know its not his food and he will be a year old in march or april, i forget which. i know know how old shelties are when they blow their coat, but he is blowing it.
after its blown, how do i help it grow? i line brush him weekly, and i brush his out with a pin brush (not line brush) daily. is there any spray i can use to help him out? any diet supplements?
and how old are shelties usually when they have a full long adult coat. his father was very heavily coated and i hope he takes on a heavy coat. it looks like he is on his way... he has about 4-5 inches long hair on his back and neck, and about 1 - 1/2 inches on his sides. its just not thick now.
